Shipping policy

Samantha produces and ships most of her work out of our studio in Haddon Township, NJ, she continues to offer curbside pickup, local delivery and shipping options. Custom prints are manufactured and drop shipped to you. Please see below for details.

  

HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES

**Please note these are guidelines provided to us by the shipping companies. Expect delays to occur. We are not responsible for delays in delivery of your parcels. We encourage you to order early.
STORE PICKUP - Available for orders placed until December 23 for pickup December 24 by 3pm at 1001 White Horse Pike, Haddon Township, NJ.
LOCAL DELIVERY - Available until December 20. See the calendar at checkout for available delivery days.
SHIPPING (UNITED STATES) - Orders placed by December 15 will arrive in time for Christmas, according to UPS. Expect delays.
SHIPPING (CANADA) - Orders placed by December 12 will arrive in time for Christmas, according to Canada Post. Expect delays.
 - Orders placed by December 13 will arrive in time for Christmas, according to USPS. Expect delays. 

 

STORE PICKUP - 1001 WHITE HORSE PIKE, HADDON TOWNSHIP NJ

  • Curbside pickup available 24/7, just be sure to give us a heads up. An email will also be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Your order will generally be ready within 1 hour (excluding archival prints over 12x12 inches, and original paintings) if placed during store hours, otherwise upon opening the next business day. Store pickup is free.

  

LOCAL DELIVERY 

  • Minimum order value for local delivery is $50. Deliveries must be in 3 mile radius of 08108. Delivery is free for orders over $100, otherwise the fee is $10. You will not receive a tracking number for local delivery. Orders requiring re-delivery due to the recipient not being available to receive the package may be subject to a re-delivery fee. 
  • Deliveries must be contactless. If you live in a condo or apartment building, delivery will be made to the lobby. 

 

SHIPPING 

  • Commissioned orders placed by customers located outside of 08108 are generally shipped within 1-12 weeks using UPS or USPS. Depends on production time.

  • Prints and Designer coaster orders placed by customers located outside of 08108 are generally shipped within 4-9 business days using UPS or USPS. (if items are stocked and available in inventory they can be shipped in 1-2 business days, please Contact Us for availability)

  • Completed Original Art orders placed by customers located outside of 08108 are generally shipped within 2-3 business days using UPS or USPS
