How It Works: Commission Process

Step 1: Inquiry Submission
Complete the commission inquiry form to share your vision, inspiration, and project details.

Step 2: Rendering Fee + Visual Proposal
Submit Rendering Fee.
You’ll receive a digital visual of your proposed artwork in your space, including two rounds of revisions.

Step 3: Project Approval + Agreement
Once the rendering is approved, a formal contract is issued outlining scope, timeline, and project terms.

Step 4: 50% Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to officially reserve your project on the production schedule.

Step 5: Production Completion + Final Logistics
Upon completion, final payment is collected.
Installation and delivery services are quoted separately and coordinated based on the your location and project needs. You are responsible for any associated delivery or installation fees.

Rendering Service FAQ

What do I need to provide for the rendering?

Please send a clear photo of the intended space, along with accurate wall or installation measurements (width x height). Natural lighting conditions help as well if available.

What will I receive?

Two rounds of revisions is included to adjust composition, sizing, or placement based on your feedback. Additional revisions are subject to an additional fee.
